This past weekend, the U18 Twin Centre Hericanes competed in the Oktoberfest Hockey Tournament in Lakeshore!
This past weekend, the U18 Twin Centre Hericanes competed in the Oktoberfest Hockey Tournament in Lakeshore! It was their first weekend away and the girls came together both on and off the ice.
The Hericanes battled hard, finishing the round Robin 2-1 putting themselves in the quarter finals against the Burlington Barracudas. A great game; going back and forth but unfortunately they came up short, loosing 1-0. Those last 2 minutes were intense!
It is never easy loosing such a tight game but again from a coaches perspective, only learning opportunities should come!
Our new motto for this year is; Big, Big Things!
