Golden Girls!
Our U13 Rep Girls swept the Orangeville Tigers 43rd Annual Sweetheart
Girls Hockey Tournament going unbeaten the entire way through to the
gold medal game against the London Devilette's. London got the best of
us in the championship in Stratford a few months ago so it was sweet
revenge to beat them in the round robin and then again 1-0 sudden death
goal by Elly in the Gold Medal game.
FUN FACTS - London had never lost twice to the same team this season and they hadn't been shut out all season long as well. We're so proud of our Hericanes for the amazing accomplishment. Willow, Reegan, Chloe, Tallulah, Elly & Hazel also captured the skills competition.
