U13 Rep Earn Silver in Stratford Aces Festival Tournament
The U13 Rep team battled all the way to the championship final at the Stratford Aces Festival Cup Tournament. The girls earned a silver medal falling to an undefeated London Devilettes squad. The girls went 3-1 in the round robin cruised through the semi final with a 2-0 win over the Huron Heat then battled it out with the CK Crush after losing a tight 2-1 game in the round robin. In an amazing 0-0 overtime game The Hericanes captured the win on a stellar performance by goaltender Willow Harris and having Kara Schaus snipe one for the win.
There wasn't much left in the tank for the final our Hericanes gave a great effort in the loss and definitely earned the silver medal.
