A New Season! 2018
Hope everyone enjoyed their Holidays!!
Please arrive at the St Clements arena upstairs 610pm and be expected to stay until the break is completed which is 0830pm ish. When you arrive at 610pm there will always be a Lions member to direct you on what you can help with. Typically the volunteers will help sell the bingo books at the front, until 7pm. Bingo then starts at 7pm sharp. Duties in the last hour will be a bingo runner. When bingo is called you go to the table and the person to whom which called BINGO and read out the number to the caller to confirm a good bingo. Easy! Thank you for volunteering.
Please ensure that our Hericanes volunteers have their
ringers off of their phones, turn to vibrate but not to have them ringing off. We understand you may need to be in contact with family at home! THANK YOU
